How do I place my order?

Browse through our collection and find the item(s) you'd like to buy.

Using the dropdown menus, select your size and click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add the selection to your cart.

A new window for your PayPal cart will open. You can either proceed throught the 'Secure Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping'. You can close the PayPal window at any time without losing the cart information and you can always view it again by clicking the little black shopping cart in the top right corner of our site.

When you're ready to check out, verify your order and hit the 'Secure Checkout' button in PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can enter your email and password for a quicker checkout process. Otherwise, just enter your shipping & payment information when prompted.

When we receive you order, we'll send a confirmation to the email address you provided and begin preparing your order.

Most orders will ship from our studio within 2-3 days.

Can I track my order?

You bet! When your domestic package is shipped out you'll receive an email with a delivery confirmation number. Just visit USPS to check the status of your shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept our payments via PaypPal, a very safe and secure way to shop online. If you have a PayPal account already set up, you're golden. Just enter your email address and password.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex. You can also pay via an 'eCheck' through PayPal which draws directly from your bank account. Visit PayPal for more information.

What's the deal with PayPal?

We use PayPal's shopping cart to process our transactions because it's a trustworthy and affordable solution for us. You can use PayPal with or without a PayPal account (although it's free for you to set one up). PayPal offers us protection from fraudulent buyers as well as offers you a safe and secure payment option. We're officially verified with them too. Check their site for the lowdown on safety.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of the receipt of the order (sometimes the same day). Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose. USPS Priority Mail will normally take 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5, depending on your location.

International orders are shipped using Global Priority Mail, which normally takes about a 4-6 business days, but also depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of international orders, since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country.

Do you accept international orders?

Absolutely! It's simple. If you live outside the US just add $10 to the domestic rate. Before placing an international order, make sure to select "INT'L S&H" from the catalog and add it to your cart. If you forget this step, your order will be delayed until we can request and receive the additional shipping and handling.

Another thing to keep in mind is that international orders are often subject to customs fees by the destination country's government. Good Night TV has no control over these fees and can't be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes.

Can I return or exchange something I ordered?

Of course, but your item(s) must be back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date. We'll gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the exact same condition as when you received them. Please ship back using Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. If you choose an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the completed Return/Exchange form (we include this with your invoice) so that we can identify your order. All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by Good Night TV. Sorry, but shipping and handling is not refundable.
