All returns or exchanges must be in their original condition and accompanied by the completed Return/Exchange form (we include this with your invoice). All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by Good Night TV. We suggest using UPS or FedEx so you can track the return and ensure its safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Sorry, but shipping and handling is not refundable.
